What is Individualized Programming?

We get it. Working out in classes is not for everyone. Not everyone is driven by the competition, intensity, loud music, and sweat all over the floor.


And that is more than okay.


At Live Ready Fitness, we offer more than just classes, because we believe that while classes might not be for everyone, health and fitness is for everyone.


Maybe you're more of a personal training type. You like the one on one attention, and want to make sure that every movement is coached and done correctly. We're with it.


Or, maybe you want to workout on your own, have very specific goals, but don't want to write your own programming.


We've also got you covered.


For anyone who wants the benefit of having a personal trainer without having to travel to them, or have an appointment. Or, even if you live in a different city, Individualized Programming might be for you.


Individualized Programming is a program written specifically for you, that can be done wherever you workout (a functional fitness gym, a traditional gym, a home gym, your living room, etc.), and is tailored to your specific goals and needs.


For example, if you are working through an injury, Individualized Programming can be used in conjunction with your regular workouts to rehab your injury, and get you back to 100% as fast and safe as possible.


Or, if you have weight loss, or strength gain goals, IP can be programmed for that, too.
