Jumping into a new nutrition plan can be daunting.


Getting enough macronutrients is one of the most important things you can do to keep your body healthy, or get to your fitness goals. And let’s not forget about the micronutrients (found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc.).


You don’t need to be overwhelmed.


Good news, though! You don’t need to be overwhelmed. We have a list of foods to help you get to your protein, carb, and fat goals.


In many foods there is an overlap of macronutrients. So keep an eye on the overlap lists.


And remember: just eat real food, mostly plant based, and not too much (or too little).
