Wait...You're Not a CrossFit Gym?!

Three years ago, did you ever think you’d hear about thousands of Crossfit gyms de-affiliating in the span of a week? Probably not. Crossfit has been a pioneer in the fitness industry since the early 2000s, and for good reason. The food is medicine, and you need to lift weight to lose weight approaches are only a few of Crossfit’s methodologies that have proven successful and true. It’s just science.

We have outgrown what the name CrossFit has to offer.


So, why the decision to de-affiliate from Crossfit?

It’s simple. At Live Ready Fitness, we have outgrown what the name Crossfit has to offer.

While we know that Crossfit can help anyone who is looking to become stronger, leaner, and overall healthier, we believe that our program is a more well-rounded, all-encompassing approach to fitness and overall wellness.

Time and time again, we have seen people walk into our gym having some kind of joint pain that they assumed would be permanent; or be stuck on a roller coaster with their weight due to some “quick fix” or “fad diet” that didn’t work out.

Because of this, our goal as a business is to help empower people with the strength to take back control of their lives through fitness and nutrition. After all, there is so much that we can’t control, we might as well be proactive about things that we can.

Members at Live Ready Fitness get assigned a Coach for Life


We are doing this through a one-on-one approach that most traditional Crossfit gyms don’t offer. Members at Live Ready Fitness get assigned a Coach for Life, who is essentially responsible for their assigned members achieving their goals. Each member is given a personalized nutrition plan suited to their current lifestyle (because nobody likes dessert getting slapped out of their hands), an individualized warm up tailored to any past injuries or mobility deficiencies, personalized programming in addition to (or in some cases, instead of) class programming, and a CF L1, or L2 certified coach who will hold you accountable to showing up and putting in the work.

Humans are resilient, and sometimes just need a plan and some accountability to get started.


I know what you’re thinking. “That all sounds great, but I’ve done the whole ‘gym thing’ before.” We know. We’ve been there. We also know that humans are resilient, and sometimes just need a plan and some accountability to get started. We want nothing more that to see our clients become more confident #takebackcontrol of their lives, and start crushing their goals, both inside and outside the gym.
