I started doing functional fitness workouts in December 2013 in order to make friends in my new city and of course to get fit. Like so many before me, I was instantly hooked on the fun workouts, the sense of accomplishment after a new PR (personal record), and the community I found. After several more moves around the country, fitness has become a constant in my life, always providing me with a second home wherever I go. As a coach, I now get to give back to the community that has given me so much. I love working with athletes to go after their goals and helping athletes realize they are stronger and more capable than they ever thought possible.
