Before I started doing functional fitness in 2014, I had a passion for running and weight lifting. I immediately got hooked on functional fitness because I loved how the workouts were never boring, the movements were challenging, and the community was super supportive and motivating. I always wanted to help people live healthier lives rid of diseases, and I found through coaching that I could do just that. I prioritize connecting with my athletes on a personal level and teaching them safe mechanics; and my motivation feeds off seeing them live healthier, more functional, confident lives.
